Last Saturday (January 11), the 23rd Dhaka International Film Festival (DIFF) got underway, showcasing 220 films from 75 countries in 10 categories. There are 44 Bangladeshi films at this year's festival. A number of locations, including the National Museum, Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, Alliance Francaise de Dhaka Green University of Bangladesh Auditorium, and North South University, will exhibit films during the festival, which is scheduled to run until January 19.
