Legendary singer Sabina Yasmin collapsed on stage during a live performance at a Dhaka hotel earlier this evening. Her daughter, Fairooz Yasmeen Badhan, confirmed that Sabina’s condition is now stable and she is recovering. Sabina was performing at a tribute event, "Amader Sabina Yasmin: Ami Achi Thakbo," organized by HSBC Bangladesh, when she suddenly felt unwell and collapsed mid-performance.
The incident took place around 8:15 pm after Sabina performed the song "Ami Achi Thakbo." The renowned singer, a cancer survivor, lost consciousness and fell on stage, sparking concern among the audience and organizers. Her daughter, Badhon, shared that Sabina experienced mild head pain before collapsing and was rushed to United Hospital for treatment.
Doctors at the hospital have confirmed that Sabina Yasmin is now stable and under close monitoring. Although her sudden collapse had worried her fans, her family remains optimistic, with doctors indicating that she will recover fully in time.
