লালমনিরহাটে একটি সুড়ঙ্গ খুঁড়ে সোনালী ব্যাংকে ডাকাতির চেষ্টা করেছে দুর্বৃত্তরা, তবে স্থানীয়দের তৎপরতায় তারা পালিয়ে যায়। সোমবার রাত ১২টার দিকে সদর উপজেলার বড়বাড়ি সোনালী ব্যাংক শাখায় এই ঘটনা ঘটে।
মেস থেকে ছাত্রীর ঝুলন্ত মরদেহ উদ্ধার
রাজধানীর পুরান ঢাকার কাঠেরপুলের তনুগঞ্জ লেনের একটি মেস থেকে জগন্নাথ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সমাজবিজ্ঞান বিভাগের তৃতীয় বর্ষের শিক্ষার্থী সাবরিনা রহমান শাম্মির ঝুলন্ত মরদেহ উদ্ধার করেছে পুলিশ। আজ রোববার ভোর সাড়ে চারটার দিকে পুলিশ ঘটনাস্থলে গিয়ে তাঁর মরদেহ উদ্ধার করে। সাবরিনা একাই একটি কক্ষে মেসে থাকতেন।

Khulna University student killed in shooting incident
Unidentified criminals in the divided city of Khulna have shot and killed a student. The event happened on Friday about 9:30 p.m. while Arnab Kumar Sarker, 26, son of Nitish Chandara Sarker, was having tea on the Abu Ahmed road in the Sonadanga neighborhood of the city.
