Gas supply will be suspended for nine hours in several areas of Dhaka today, from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution PLC announced that the suspension will affect areas such as Kholamora, Atibazar, Kakatia, Hazratour, and Majherchar due to repairs on a leakage in the distribution pipeline from Amin Bazar DRS to Hazaribagh DRS. Titas Gas has expressed regret for the temporary inconvenience and assured that efforts are being made to complete the repairs efficiently. The disruption will primarily impact the mentioned areas, but consumers in nearby locations may also experience reduced gas pressure. While the repair work is in progress, Titas has requested understanding from the affected customers and reassured them that normal service will resume as soon as possible.
